Healthy Habits


Want to take care of your body and therefore look hot? I thought so. You should Follow these healthy habits:


Eat a Balanced Diet-two cups fruit and two-and-a-half cups vegetables a day; three cups non- or low-fat milk or other dairy product, five-and-a-half ounces of meat or beans, blah-blah.


Daily Aerobic Excercise-(30 minutes a day to maintain weight, more to drop pounds)


Regular Yoga or Pilates each week-For flexibility.


Avoid Large Quantities of Caffeine- It's extremely bad for your skin, hair, and nails.


Practice Good Dental Hygiene- Floss and Brush


Apply sunscreen


Get nine hours of sleep every night


Excercise your mind- being smart can't hurt can it?


Socialize


Meditate- Good for the soul
